RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

We have a generous 5-day return and exchange policy on our products. Please note, there can be 10 to 15% variations from the product image in all-over embroidered designs and colors. This is due to the manufacturing process; only the patch areas will differ, while patterns will remain accurate. Color variation may occur due to screen monitoring differences between devices.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Timeframe: We have a 5-day return and exchange policy from the date of product delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you can return or exchange it within 5 days.
  • Condition: Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, and hang tags on garments.
  • Refund Process: Refunds are processed only through net banking channels, ensuring strict privacy to protect your data.
  • Documentation: Customers must return the product with the bill and label intact.

How to Return & Exchange Products:

  1. Request: Place a return for refund or exchange request within 5 days from the date of order delivery via WhatsApp help desk at +91 63513 34156.
  2. Approval: After we receive the request and have a conversation with you, we will approve and confirm the return or exchange.
  3. Shipping: Once acknowledged by the team, you need to self-ship and handle the return courier process through any local courier company. We do not have a reverse pickup facility. (Shipping courier charges must be paid by you.)

  5. Confirmation: After submitting the parcel, share the details or an image of the acknowledgment receipt via WhatsApp help desk at +91 63513 34156.
  6. Processing: Upon receiving the returned product, it will go through quality testing. Once approved, we will process your refund within 3-4 working days directly to your provided bank account. For exchanges, once the returned product passes quality testing, we will dispatch your exchanged product as soon as possible.

Note: Products purchased on sale or at a discount are only eligible for exchange, not return for a refund.
